Jenkins Arboretum and Garden

This property is in a great location, but the staff let me down. I was not able to access my room without staff help and there were a few maintenance issues in my room. I notified the hotel in writing immediately, and received a prompt reply. However, nothing was done. I took the initiative and requested a room change, which staff should have offered to resolve the situation.
