Very clean and quiet hotel. Modern amenities. Short walk to Hanok Village and Nambu Market. Limited breakfast of only congee with kimchee and Frosted Flakes which may be enough for some. Upscale bakery half block away has good coffee and some protein options.
Very comfortable, large & clean room for a couple. Hotel reception staff were really friendly and helpful in answering questions and providing suggestions for restaurants & places to go.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
- Location: Across from a major tourist site, 5 min walk from the Pungdamun gate, 7 min walk to the hanok village.
- Staff: Very pleasant and courteous.
- Room & amenities: Superb.
The bathtub setting is a bit quirky, with the drain going straight to the floor instead. The bathroom gets wet after a shower and/or bath. I stay in full winter, so it dries fast with the heater on. This is not a negative aspect.
Breakfast is simple.
I'd stay here again.
Staff was friendly and we didn't have any communication issues from check in to check out. The location was a good spot to walk to nearby tourists attractions. Restaurants and eating places were nearby too. It was easy to take buses to other places as bus stops were just nearby. Highly recommended to stay there.

The property is well located between the Hanok village and the fancy shopping area. It is a very clean, new, great bathroom, all day cafe (with beer option). Friendly staff.
Clean, wonderful staff which they were very helpful since it was my first time there. Hotel was very short walking distance to all the interesting places. One that stands out the most to me was staff service.
We enjoyed our stay. The team were very kind. The hotel and rooms spotless. The room had heated floors! Comfy beds! Great location, walking distance to all the major sites.
One note, the use of perfume/air freshener was too much in the room and in the hallway.
Nothing bad to say about The Vincent. The staff is very friendly and the facilities were excellent. Warning for western foreigners: breakfast is a kind of typical porridge (kind of bland), so if it's not your thing, count on having breakfast somewhere else (plenty of good options nearby).
This hotel was great value for money. The staff were very helpful and absolutely lovely. The room was a decent size with a huge TV. We could walk to the historic village in just a few minutes. Would definitely recommend
Staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was good, although the bed was not the most comfortable and the lighting (especially in the bathroom) was terrible. Overall, nice stay.
Room was small, very basic, looked out brick wall of next door building. Bed linen felt very clean and crisp, floor was very clean too. Had small refrigerator with Free bottled water. There was a kettle but no tea bags or coffee packet. Toilet and shower had no physical separation so floor got wet after shower. Water pressure great. Location near Hanoi village. No 24 hr desk staff. Breakfast was as just watery burnt rice porridge and cereal flakes with milk. No free coffee or tea.
Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Rooms also included 75" TV.
Staff spoke enough English to facilitate communication and also provided an early check-in due to and earlier than expected arrival.
On my next visit to Jeonju, this will be the first place I look to make a booking.
