"Great customer service in all departments. You are greeted at the enterance by freindly staff and check in was seemless. We were given complimemtary breakfast on our first day. We were given the wrong room number when we arrived and were given complimentary lunch for our troubles. My wife was celebrating her birthday and they provided a complimentary nice cake and treats for her. "

Our family has stayed in the same hotel every time we go to KL because of the positive experience we always have."
