  • Apartamento acogedor en casa de vecinos tradicional con gran encanto. Ideal para descansar después de un día de turismo o de trabajo y tomar fuerzas para el día siguiente. Cama individual, cuarto de baño con ducha y cocina completamente equipada. Pequeña mesa comedor para disfrutar de una cena en calma.
    Importante: Este apartamento siempre ha sido ofertado solo para una persona, por sus características. Hemos cambiado la cama; ahora la cama de 90 se puede convertir en dos camas de 90 juntas, MUY cómodas, de gran calidad. Eso si, el espacio dormitorio se queda muy reducido pero est muy cómodo para dormir, con colchones de calidad, aire acondicionado, armario y televisión. Este apartamento permite pasar una estancia muy agradable con un precio reducido pero guardando todas las comodidades que se ofrece en Casa Patio Sur. Os invitamos a ver las fotos o consultarnos si tiene dudas. PGJyPg
    Tiene mucha luz, con cuatro ventanas que dan al exterior o al patio, a pensar de si pequeña talla y pequeño precio, est muy cómodo y agradable.

    Los inquilinos tendrán acceso a la piscina que se sitúa en el patio de la casa. Est una piscina como las que tenían algunas casas señoriales de la ciudad antiguamente: una joya y un privilegio raro para una casa del centro de la ciudad. Su uso est exclusivo para todas las personas que se hospedan en Casa Patio Sur, y hay un principio básico para todos: el respeto al descanso de los demás.

    También se tiene acceso a la terraza sobre el tejado, un espacio amplio que invita a disfrutar de las vistas a la catedral. En la terraza hay sillones de jardín para poder descansar y disfrutar de la vida al exterior en compañía de la familia o amigos. Igualmente hay varias hamacas para poder tomar el sol y toma de agua para refrescarse en los días calurosos. Al igual que en la piscina, su uso est exclusivo para todas las personas que se hospedan en Casa Patio Sur, y hay un principio básico para todos: el respeto al descanso de los demás.
