"Book hotel 3 months in advance. Called hotel on April 19 to chrck on my reservation since it was the day of a large concert. Was told my reservation was there and would hav a room on 2nd floor, there were no elevators and asked if that was a problem. I said no issue and the hotel staff said i was all set for my stay on May 1. I arrived on May 1, was told they couldn't find my reservation and they were totally booked. But they had a king-size bedroom if i wanted to book and pay for it then. I stated that i had spoke to someone at the hotel on April 19, showed hotel staff the info and stated that he was the person i spoke with. He lied and said that number went to a corporate number and not the hotel and I would have to contact hotel.com to get booking straightened out. I walked back to my car. Called the previously used number and watch staff pick up my phone call, at that time i walked back in on the phone while talking to staff at desk. After stating that i don't appreciate being lied to and that i needed my room, miraculously they found my reservation. Room on the ground floor with a busted card reader on the door. Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty with what looked like poop on the wall next to toilet paper holder. I will not stay here again. Horrible experience, morning breakfast was stale food. Do not recommend. 0 stars."

"From the front entry to the hallways, to the room everything was spotless. The room was very comfortable with plenty of space for the two of us to keep out of one another's way while we rushed to get ready for our concert Friday night. Nette at the front desk could not have been more friendly or thoughtful! "

"The staff and room were excellent . Unfortunately I slept so well I don’t make it to breakfast 😑but I’ll definitely visit again. Not sure of his name but the room attendant from Jamaica 🇯🇲 he was the sweetest, such a beautiful personality and very accommodating."

"Hotel is older and relatively clean. Continental breakfast coffee and muffins only. We arrived late Friday night for check in. Around 12:30am a guest turned on loud music to the point the walls and ceiling shook in our room. This went on for more than an hour. The hotel staff claimed to not know of the disturbance the next morning."

"Everything was nice! I love staying at Marriotts. We had a little issue with out TV and the staff fixed it right away! The breakfast good, I loved the different oatmeal toppings."

"The breakfast food was meh. The fruit was not fresh looked like frozen blueberries and strawberries in syrup. The bagels were hard and the omelets reminded me of the one we got from Shwanns. The cherry on top was sat night I went down to the front desk to get new sheets @2/230am and stood there knocking and yelling out hello for 20 mins just to call from the room to be told the attendant must have been asleep. "

"I ended up not completing my stay. Around 2 a.m., I felt unsafe due to someone outside my ground-floor window laughing and lingering nearby. Earlier, I had asked the staff to switch rooms because of how easily accessible the first-floor windows were, and I made them aware that I was uncomfortable with the situation. Unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved, and I ultimately had to call the police to have an officer escort me safely to my car."
