Welcome to our spacious and modern 2 bedroom apartment that can comfortably accommodate 5-7 guests. Located just a quick 15-minute bus ride away from the hustle and bustle of NYC Times Square, this centrally located apartment offers amazing views of the city skyline and very quiet and safe neighborhood.

The newly remodeled bathroom is equipped with a big shower, plenty of pressure, and stocked with quality hair and body care products. The apartment features SUPER comfy beds with memory foam mattresses, including 1 queen bed, 2 Twin XL beds, a pull-out queen size couch, and a queen size air mattress that can be configured to any room.

The living room is perfect for relaxing and unwinding with board games like Monopoly and Risk, as well as access to streaming services like HBOMAX, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Apple TV on all TVs in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a freezer/refrigerator, gas stove and oven, and brand new top-quality pots and pans for meal prep or family home-cooked meals.

Guests can enjoy a wide variety of Starbucks coffee and teas, including Chemex, French press, k-cup, and traditional drip options. The apartment also features A/C with remote control, (portable fans and heaters upon request), a hair dryer, iron and Charmin toilet paper for added comfort.

Parking passes are available upon request. There are plenty of close stores near by like Walgreens, CVS, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and others a short walk away.

Great view and convenient to Manhattan

Stayed 3 nights -- very comfortable beds, loved the convenience of catching the bus to & from the city, great view of the Manhattan skyline, helpful host. Union City is quiet & safe, just minutes from Hoboken Waterfront area too. Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect spot!!!

We came to do the NYC stuff with our kids and this was the perfect spot! Not only is the view spectacular but it’s the most accommodating VRBO we’ve been too! The owner definitely cares for this place and makes it so nice. Using the bus was also so convenient for trips into the city. I cannot say enough good things about this stay. Of and when we come back we will definitely stay here!

We took our scouts to the city. This place was a great location for where we needed. Close to the city, easy to find. Pictures online are exactly what you will get inside.
