  • Lovingly updated, high-end, furnished brownstone apartment close to NYC available in beautiful downtown Jersey City from an experienced host. The apartment is a short walk to the train to NYC (PATH train from Grove Street). Dining, shopping, and Van Vorst Park are just steps away.

    Master bedroom features a king bed, double vanity marble bath, original marble fireplace, closet, and 50 inch TV. Beautiful kitchen features high-end appliances, marble counter-tops, large island, marble fireplace, and dining table. The Living room with 50 inch TV doubles as bedroom featuring a queen Murphy bed with 12 inch mattress, walk-in closet, and marble bath. Sleep another two people on the Pull out full couch in kitchen. Balcony out back features seating for 6 and is a quiet place to relax after a day exploring NYC and Jersey City.

    Pocket doors, plaster molding on ceiling, and 12 inch door moldings take you back to another time.

Great stay! The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and very well kept. We loved having the park right across the street and enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. The walk to the Grove Street PATH station was easy, making it simple to get into NYC whenever we wanted. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved it here. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony. Very quiet area with a park opposite (there is a small farmers market here on Saturday's). It is very easy to get across to Manhattan. The PATH is only a few minutes walk and you can get to the World Trade Centre and 33rd Street (near Madison Square Gardens and Penn Street Station). There were 4 of us staying and it had everything we needed. It is in a lovely residential area and very close to some bars and restaurants. We particularly loved Le Four for breakfast, everything was very fresh and their pastry selection was amazing! The Rooftop Bar at The Exchange was great for a view of Manhattan. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we ever come back to New York.

Fabulous stay

This is an amazing property that is well located away from the hustle and noise of NYC but it’s just a short train ride away. It is a beautiful, historic apartment that we loved.

Wonderful Spring Break Trip!

This place is immaculate! The beds were super comfy, the home was stocked with everything we could possibly need and it was a short walk to the Path and great restaurants! We will 100% stay here again when we venture back to the city!

We had an awesome stay here!!!

This is great place to stay if exploring New York City. It's just a 5 minute walk to the PATH station at Grove Street. Very comfortable space to relax and unwind after a day in the city.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful few days staying at the property. It was exactly as described in the listing and very convenient for the PATH into New York. The beds were very comfortable and the whole apartment very well equipped. Kristina was quick to respond with any questions and she allowed us an early check-in which was much appreciated. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for our NYC vacation.

It was great place to rest after our long days in NYC. Much more space than we expected from the photos, our teenagers appreciated the room to chill. Nice job on the remodeling, modern amenities in a traditional brownstone.

Beautiful home with all needed amenities. Perfect for a family gathering or girl’s trip. Easy to get to great restaurants and bars. Takes a minute to get into NYC but not difficult.

Beautiful place!

This was such a wonderful stay! The place was immaculately clean and so beautiful. Instuctions were easily found and the property owners were very responsive and helpful. We took the PATH in to Manhattan and enjoyed some neighborhood eats and ice cream. Would definitely book them again!!

Perfect holiday long weekend in NYC

Beautiful apartment with room to spread out a bit. Quick and easy walk to the Grove St PATH station to get into and out of the city. We enjoyed returning to Jersey City for a more relaxing dinner a couple of nights during our stay.

Outstanding property and experience. Beautiful, comfortable and enchanting. Very comfortable beds and gorgeous bathrooms. Many lovely places to eat in walking distance. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Statue of Liberty via Liberty State Park in NJ. Enjoyed family time playing the board game Sorry that was available at the property. Highly recommend!!!

Excellence and comfort in Jersey City

My family and I were thrilled with our apartment and all its features. Our hostess was very accommodating and assisted us with all our questions as they arose. The ease of the trains across to Manhattan was brilliant. The local shops were fantastic and food fresh and delicious . We had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful brownstone in a safe area

This place was immaculate and had everything we needed. It was a quick and safe 10 minute walk to the PATH station which brought us to Manhattan in 15 minutes. The beds were comfortable and the check in was easy. Thank you for keeping this place up for visitors so nicely.

Family Gathering

Our stay at this historic brownstone was wonderful. It is easy walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, the Path... pretty much anything you needed/wanted was within reach. The street is a bit busy and there's a dog park across the street with some early noise but we were up and out early most mornings anyway.

The location, amenities. notes/instruction binder was all amazing. The architecture of the brownstone is wonderfully spacious and very comfortable. The check-in process was easy and simple. Could not have asked for a better stay.

What a Gem! Perfect location

We came to visit NYC for the week and chose this place because of the size and proximity to the subway. We were delighted that it is even more charming than the pictures make it look. The Murphy bed and the separate bathroom make it perfect for two people or two couples. Would definitely return!!!

This was possible my best rental experience I have ever had. Great neighborhood - property was beyond our expectations - and the owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Very easy to get to the city (30 minutes) and the subway was only 4 blocks away.

Brownstone Perfection

We stayed here for a month, and we loved every single minute of it. Beautiful, very clean apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Three block walk to subway system. Safe, friendly neighborhood with trees, good restaurants, and everything we needed. Owners were helpful, lovely people. This was a perfect home base to fulfill my NYC bucket list. Highly recommend!
