    Ten-foot ceilings with crown molding highlight the oak-floored parlor level, and the lower level features porcelain tile throughout with radiant heat, architectural lighting, and luxe bathroom fixtures (including a Toto bidet seat). One master bed and two kids' bedrooms. Full-size washer/dryer with built-in drying rack. Fully functional and well apointed kitchen. The 1,400-square-foot space is cooled by four mini-split AC units.
