I recently stayed at the DoubleTree and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The front desk staff truly set the tone — they were great, helpful, and genuinely friendly. It’s the kind of warm welcome that makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, exactly what you need to relax and recharge. The famous DoubleTree cookie at check-in was a nice touch too! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding customer service.

Location was the main reason we chose it. It is close to everything including train station and just a 5 minute walk to the Hudson River and you can see the Manhattan skyline. The place is well maintained and the staff are very nice and helpful. I only the wish parking was included. Other than that, it was such a good experience.

Staff is amazing. They all went above and beyond! Betsy and Kale are rock stars! Would go back just to see them. Rooms were clean only thing was the bathroom sink was very very slow draining. Had a suite with 2 doubles which made one of the beds too close to the wall/curtain for my liking.
