Enjoy NYC/Hoboken from this 3BR only 10 mins by train to either Downtown or Midtown Manhattan or 15 mins to Time Square by bus. A few minutes to Hoboken waterfront with amazing view of NYC skyline. Please Note: 4th-Floor Walk up!

Do not stay here!!!

Horrible place and experience. Pictures are the total opposite of what it shows on Vrbo, Owner is horrible also, takes hours to respond and sent the door code at 4:15 when check in is it at 3:00 and won’t give a refund 😡 just bypass this place!!!

Apartamento bom, a conservação já está um pouco diferente da foto, precisa de melhorias. Mas não tenho reclamações sobre o apartamento, voltaria novamente sim em uma futura viagem.

Leider nicht wie erwartet

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage. Man ist mit dem Bus schnell in Manhattan. Die Wohnung war leider etwas enttäuschend. Sie ist zweckmäßig und lieblos eingerichtet. Eine Renovierung täte not. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität. Es beginnt mit dem ersten Eindruck des Eingangsbereiches und dem Treppenhaus. Im Eingangsbereich steht Müll und das Treppenhaus ist abgewohnt. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock. Als erstes betritt man die Küche. Hier fehlen Griffe an den Schränken und alles ist nicht richtig sauber. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es keinerlei Schränke oder Ablagen. Da wo mal Bilder hingen sind noch die Klebreste an den Wänden. Die Fenster schließen nicht richtig es zieht mächtig und in dem kleineren Schlafzimmer ließ sich das Fenster nicht komplett schließen und stand die ganze Zeit 10 cm auf. Auch im Badezimmer keine Haken oder Ablagen. Beim Betreten der Wohnung war es furchtbar kalt. Erst am nächsten Tag haben wir den Thermostat der Heizung gefunden. Es gab in der Wohnung keinerlei Info über die Funktion der Heizung und das WiFi Kennwort. Vom Vermieter erhielten wir erst 2 Tage später eine Antwort. Die Heizung machte Nachts erhebliche nervige Geräusche die aus den Heizungsrohren kamen. Auch hierzu und zu dem kaputten Fenster keine Reaktion des Vermieters. Wir waren nach der langen Anreise mächtig enttäuscht. Entschädigt hat der Blick auf Manhattan und die gute Lage.

Great location, but apt and communication is meh…

Apt is perfectly located, near park and buses into NYC. There is actually a lot of space in the bedrooms. However, the bathroom looked like it had mold. I showered but wouldn’t bathe my kids in there. Also, 2 of the beds were very uncomfortable. The owner was very reluctant in communications with us.

The only good thing was the location!

If you are traveling to NYC the location is very convenient. However, the property itself was not very clean especially the bathroom. The apartment has windows units in each bedroom except kitchen/living area and bathroom which both get awfully hot. The first day I arrived I took shower and the tub drain was clogged but was fixed the next day. Also when all the ac window units are on the lights flickered and go out, we had to flip the switches in the fuse box. In addition to that, I didn't notice the floor part of the door frame was split into two pieces and when I walked over it I cut the bottom of my foot. The next day the handman put black electric tape over it. The sheet and covers smelled like the had not been changed, which was very gross.. Overall the only good thing is the location.

Great location, could use deep cleaning

Had to involve VRBO to reach host. Did not receive access details until day of arrival when I contacted host. Saw a mouse run across kitchen one night. Furniture not comfortable. Beds ok. Place needs a deep cleaning. Location is great though! View of Empire State Building from one side. Easy access to Manhattan by bus.

Great stay

I really like the property and the fact that I had a pretty view of the town. You’re up on the third level so you’re feeling safe. The only negative I saw which just depends on you are the three flights of stairs. It me bringing up groceries a little bit difficult. Besides that it’s a great find I will definitely be renting again!
