"Just stayed overnight on our way to NYC. The room was perfect for my daughter and I. One elevator was out but that di8dn't really cause any issues. The front desk was very accommodating as we had a broken toilet in our first room and they immediately switched us to another room. The breakfast was ok. I was happy to have coffee in the lobby. Overall, a decent stay."

"Our rooms were always clean, touletries well stocked and very comfy beds. Breakfast was great. We love the colorful and very clean bathrrom. The 2nd elevator worked the next day so it was faster. However the hallways and common areas should be cleaned always and updated. During the night, the doors at the back are still open so it was a bit concerning. But everything was fine. The property is huge with lots of parking space but it was on an incline and kinda difficult to get out of parking lot from the back because of the steep incline. Location was excellent! It was directly across Manhattan thru Lincoln tunnel, only a short drive to American Dream and Liberty Park. Overall we like this hotel very much"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Though we asked for more towels and didn’t get any, the stay was good. Could use more shampoo/conditioner in the room from the beginning as our stay was long than 2 days."
