• No smoking anywhere on the property — $1,000 fine • No parties, events, or bachelor/bachelorette stays — $1,000 fine • Parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette stays, or significant quiet hours violations are strictly prohibited and may result in a $1,000+ fine and immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. • No extra or overnight guests without written approval — $100 per person per night • Absolutely no pets (due to severe tenant allergy) • No mail or package deliveries • No rearranging furniture or unplugging electronics • No loud music or noise after 10:00 PM — quiet hours are strictly enforced • Please be mindful of heavy footsteps and avoid slamming doors, especially at night • No early bag drop or early access • Please turn off stove, oven, A/C, and heat when leaving the unit • Do not mix trash and recycling — subject to $100 fine
