Don’t Trust

Don’t get me started! No instructions on how to get in, no answer neither on the day or the day after we were supposed to check in, and hotels didn’t help at all, except for trying to call multiple times, and they didn’t even want to refund because they said we didn’t call on the day, had a hassle to find a hotel to stay on the day we were supposed to check in and the day after and no answer or response. Had to call my card and say that we were scammed because there was no possible way of getting the money back!

Insecure due to unexpected shared accommodation

I got recently married and booked this hotel as independent apartment for staying as couple. Unfortunately another guy was staying in the one of the room in this hotel apartment for 3 days and 2 nights which is totally uncomfortable and total insecure as well. Third day, a cleaning lady ordering my wife not to close the door of the apartment as well(Everyone knows the digital keys for the apartments ). I could not go to office leaving my wife alone in the apartment and would nt even want to discuss or debate on this during the stay due to safety reasons. I would not suggest this for anyone to stay. I would like to look for even for refund of part of the payment as this stay was total insecure.

Arnaque à NEW-YORK avec une température de - 2 °

Nous n'avons pas pu séjourner dans l'appartement car il n'y avait personne dans la maison. Nous sommes une famille de 7 personnes nous sommes restés devant la maison toute la nuit avec une température de - 2° . Nous avons demandé aux voisins si ils connaissaient le propriétaire visiblement c'est une clinique vétérinaire. Il y avait beaucoup de chiens qui ont aboyer à notre arrivée. Donc le règlement à été effectué et nous n'avons pas pu en profiter actuellement nous sommes entrain de dormir assis à l'aéroport. C'est inacceptable. je souhaite que le remboursement soit fait rapidement et surtout que cette arnaque ne soit plus disponible sur votre site !
