- We will try to accommodate last minute request but please take in consideration we may need to apply charges.
- Smoking is not allowed in the house. If smoke sensor in the house is removed we will apply a penalty fee ($450)! We will be notify automatically.
- Parties are not allowed
- Only booked people are allowed to enter in the house
Parking is free street parking.
Any broken item, burned, missing or demaged will be charged
