There is a cozy nook featuring a desk and workspace setup. Minutes from Central Avenue shopping, local restaurants, and public transit hubs. A short drive to Manhattan, MetLife Stadium, the Statue of Liberty, and Newark Airport.

You will have access to the entire second floor apartment.

There is no access to the backyard.

Stair Access: Please note that this property is located on the second floor of a traditional multi-family home and is accessible only by a flight of stairs (no elevator).

​Parking: There is no parking on the premises. Like most vibrant, urban neighborhoods, street parking in the Heights is highly competitive and can be quite difficult to find, especially in the evenings.

​Transportation Tip: Because parking can be a challenge, we highly recommend utilizing ride-share services or taking advantage of the excellent local public transit, which offers fast, direct connections into Manhattan and surrounding areas.
