The home was very comfortable and very convenient to both Lock Haven (for graduation) and Penn State (my alma mater and grad dinner). "The view was extremely beautiful! We come from a big city and rarely get to spend time in an area where traffic is not heard from the living room. This property is huge and great for a morning or evening walk. We hope to enjoy the beach/pond another time, when it is warmer out. "

"We weren’t made aware this was a work in progress. We arrived around 9 PM and were welcomed by a disheveled patio area with trash and cigarette butts. A large pile of unfinished wood trim greeted us in the entryway. The house was 83 degrees, so we cut on the mini-split downstairs and the window units in two of the bedrooms. There was only a fan for the third bedroom. The kitchen was well-stocked, but the veneer was peeling off the cabinets and things were generally grungy. The trashcan bottom...
