Cozy county stay

This place was great! We were close to the town of Jerseyville but also had the peace of the country. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone going to the Jerseyville area!

Very comfortable

It was a great stay! We were there for a week vacation and had easy access to all our activities. The home was very clean and comfortable. Our host had stocked many nice amenities. We will definitely stay there again!

The property was very clean and comfortable. They Bbq restaurant around the corner was so good. Get the peanut butter pie. The house had a ton of extras to ensure you would have everything you could possibly need.

We just stayed overnight, everything was clean, great communication with Becky. My wife forgot her pillow and Becky was very willing to pack it up and mail it to us.

Grafton visit

Property was just what we needed for us and our little dog. The hosts thought of all the details to make the stay comfortable and cozy. House was very clean and had nice touches of extras to make it feel more like home. We would definitely book this again in the future!

Will definitely stay here again!

This unit was, as well as the hosts, FANTASTIC!!! The place was spotless, super cute in design and just a short drive from Grafton, IL. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed this unit immensely! The hosts went above and beyond with this unit, and were quick to reply to any and all questions, as well as offering advice for restaurants and things to do in the area. By far the best unit we have ever stayed in.

Clean and quiet

Took this spot because it was in between two small towns, and figured I would try some exploring in southern Illinois. Just a short drive away to town and plenty of options to pick from for a quick weekend getaway. The property is in the country in a tiny subdivision, and everyone around was friendly to talk with.

We stayed for a week with my 8 year old, 19 month old, sister, and husband. The house was very clean and had so many extras to make us even that much more comfortable. Even though there was not a bath tub for our youngest the shower is large enough for a small pop up baby tub! Check in and check out was super easy. Quick access to jerseyville, but far enough out of town for the country feel. My daughter loved playing with chalk left for us on the covered patio. We even got to grill out! Hosts were amazing and provided so much extra we didn’t even think we would have needed!

Have stayed in several locations, this by far our favorite. Well stocked with any and everything you think you would need. Not that we had children with us, but noticed they had a good supply of children friendly games and coloring books. 100% recommend this location.

Great Stay

Becky and Phil’s place is wonderful! It had everything our family needed and then some. The location was nice and quiet, but close to the local town and not a far drive to St. Louis. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we are in the area again!

The house was veey easy to get to. In is in a very quiet little neighborhood. It had ample parking right out front. Onside the house was very clean, all of the furnishings were very nice and looked to be pretty new. It wasnt far from Alton Grafton Godfrey or Jerseyville. Highly recommended this property and the host Becki was great !! We all really enjoyed our stay. And the plan is to come back again.

The home was so clean, lovely, cozy and had everything we could have needed and more. My kids, wife and I had plenty of space to unwind and spread out comfortablely. We wished we could have stayed longer than the one night but we will definitely stay again when we visit our family who live the area. Highly recommend.

Nice place nice location

Property is located just out of town and is on the end of a horseshoe of houses. We had plans in Jerseyville, Alton, and Grafton and this location made it easy to get to all three. The house is very neat and clean and comfy. It's a 2 bedroom house with queen beds and a pull out sofa in the living room that has a queen bed. The hosts communicated very well. We had no problems finding the place or checking in. It was a very nice stay and I would highly recommend it.
