What a lovely place to stay in Jerusalem! I believe this is owned by the Vatican and a particular place for Christian pilgrims. It is clean and beautiful, and the staff is exceptional. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I highly recommend this hotel. Wonderful location opposite the Old City. Staff was highly professional and helpful. Rooftop restaurant, with its gorgeous view, is a must.

I can say all the standard things, but here is the most important one. I was staying there on the day when the most recent conflict started, and I was anxious about canceling my stay and catching the train home while they were still running. The manager on duty did her best to reassure me, quickly processed my cancelation and gave me a refund for the unused night. It was very helpful on a very difficult day.

The room and service were very good. The television did not work properly and it was impossible to grt any news channel. The driver who was arranged by the front desk took me to a wrong address which caused loss of time and extra cost.
