Welcome to this tasteful and inviting house near Lake Trams. The open-plan living concept invites you to enjoy cosy family activities such as board or card games



Step out onto the terrace and make yourself comfortable in the garden furniture or use the existing green space for exercise and play opportunities for your children. Your bicycles can be locked away. A mobile garden fence is available.



Explore Jesendorf and the district of Trams, which are only a short distance from the Bay of Wismar. Visit the island of Poel with its fine sandy beaches and child-friendly shallow water area. A children's play area, a surfing and kite school and a golf course are located nearby, as are numerous smaller localities and are easily accessible by car. Schwerin or Wismar are also within easy reach and, like Lübeck or Rostock, offer beautiful day trip destinations.
