This modern pool house, accommodating 14 people, is situated near the Trams lake in Germany, just 50 meters from the shore. The location offers ample opportunities for hiking and relaxing by the water, making it an ideal spot for a tranquil VillaVilla holiday. The house features an impressive open-plan kitchen and living area with a well-appointed kitchen, a large dining table, and a cozy sofa area, perfect for family and friends to gather and enjoy meals together. For active guests, the house offers an activity room equipped with billiards, table tennis, and darts, providing plenty of entertainment and friendly competition. Additionally, there is a private pool area with a water slide for invigorating swims. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a wellness area with an outdoor whirlpool and sauna, ideal for relaxation after a busy day. The large terrace includes a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining as the sun sets. Families with children will appreciate the swings, trampoline, and play tower for fun outdoor activities. The house has five bedrooms divided into two sleeping areas, with additional beds in two lofts, which are popular with kids and teens. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups. Out of consideration for the neighbours, including permanent residents in the area, we would like to expressly point out that there must be quiet in the area after 10:00 p.m. The outdoor spa may therefore not be used after this time.
