"Très déçu par ce séjour. Des l onboarding nous sommes mal accueilli avec un personnel désagréable. Puis lors du check in on m indique que le linge de lit et de toilette ainsi que le ménage de fin de séjour n est pas inclus. J ai du régler plus de 80€ pour le kit alors que dans le descriptif il était noté que le kit était inclus ainsi que le ménage (en dehors de la cuisine) j ai montré le descriptif sur la plate-forme mais je me suis heurtée à un mur. La piscine est froide mes enfants n ont pas...

"Amazing hotel to stay for a wonderful December snowboarding trip. Everyone was very nice and helpful in every aspect of our stay (shout out to Thierry for his care with our luggage, shuttle and car). The facility is top notch, well worth the money, you won’t be disappointed. Ski shop/rental was amazing every day and the lockers were so convenient. "La localisation dans la station est assez pratique avec l'ascenseur panoramique, par contre les services fournis ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce qui m'avait été dit au téléphone, pas d'accès aux activités de la station (remontées mécaniques, piscine, etc...) si le séjour ne dure pas une semaine, grosse déception, d'autant plus que le week-end il n'y a pas de remontées mécaniques, ni d'activités particulières..... La salle de bains de la chambre est minuscule et sans savon/shampoing etc... et le...
