Mountain house with Scandinavian BBQ hut and Hot tub

Minutes to Windham ski , our house is located in a private area on a beautiful piece of land. Cozy up around the fire in the BBQ hut, roast chestnuts, marshmallows or cook your favorite food, soak in the hot tub, relax in the sauna. In the summer sit around the fire pit or swing in the hammocks. Enjoy the recently renovated kitchen, open living area with wood stove , porch with Adirondack chairs, a large gas grill and a fire pit. There's a table with benches and solar powered lights umbrella by the fire pit. A recently added she shed awaits the ladies, where they can take in nature, read a book, meditate, do yoga... Close by, there are lakes for swimming and trails for hiking. A lavender sachet is waiting for you on the beds. What are you waiting for? Wake up to the song of birds, have a cup of coffee on the porch, take a hike, go fishing and leave your worries behind.

Family Getaway

This was a beautiful property to enjoy the Great Outdoors. The BBQ hut was a family favorite and the food cooked up deliciously. The house was lovely and beds were very comfortable.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. Having so many outdoor things was great (fire pit, the bbq house, she shed, hot tub). It was a close drive to Hunter and Windham for skiing and dining out. The kitchen was also well stocked with pots, pans etc.

Lovely getaway with easy access to hiking trails

My family and I stayed here for an early spring getaway with our dog. The property is very cute and perfect for a family. The pizza oven was a fun addition and made for a nice evening with delicious food. The hot tub is also very nice. The house is not far from access to several walks and hikes.

Excellent Retreat in the Mountains

Lovely ski cabin in the mountains - perfect amenities for a family escape from NYC. Food, groceries, and activities are all within a 20-minute drive. Diana is an excellent host and very responsive. Highly recommended!

Great place - great manager

Great communication and related adjustments by the manager. The house was extremely clean and well kept. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, baths, and the hot tub was very new, very clean, and delightful. Safe and spacious neighborhood - easy access to charming Windham.

Perfect house plus many amenities!

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway for a group of old friends. The BBQ hut was even better than I could have imagined. If you enjoy cooking and relaxing, this is the property for you. Everything you could need for a long relaxing weekend and in a perfect location, central to multiple towns with plenty to do. Clean, well stocked and picturesque. Will definitely visit again.

Quite Catskills Retreat

This home is in a beautiful mountain location, surrounded by nature. During our stay, we spotted deer, chipmunks, rabbits, and two black bears on the property. The cabin is close to multiple hiking spots, and the host is very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend it!

Ski trip

The house was exactly the way it was advised. It was clean and modern . The hot tub was very relaxing after skiing. I would definitely rent this again and tell people about it. It looks like it would be fun in the summer also.

Cozy retreat!

Our group of 5 women enjoyed our stay here, particularly the cozy fireplace with ample wood and clean, spacious hot tub. Check in and check out were seamless. Beds were comfortable, outdoor space is well appointed and setting is lovely. We didn't use the grill hut but it is a fun feature for sure! When one small issue arose, Diana was quick to address it. Great communication and easy rental. Would stay again.

Great trip!

We had a lovely stay at this sweet little house! No more than 15 mins to Hunter, but secluded enough for privacy for a true getaway. Well-appointed, clean, and ownership was so helpful and communicative... the first night, we had a wind storm that briefly caused us to lose power, and Diana was prepped to help us relocate in the event that the power wasn't restored. Ultimately, it was, and they could not have been kinder or more helpful in making sure we were updated on the electric company's response. Wonderful stay-- hope to be back again!

Very nice expierience.

Overall the stay was nice. The inside of the home was very neat and tidy. My complaints would be that the outdoor BBQ hut grill was not clean. Also, we were unable to use the hot tub because the chemicals were very overpowering. It was kind of a bummer not being able to use those amenities but otherwise we had a very nice stay.

Truly unique experience

This place was a bucket list sort of experience. Outside, the fire pit with the adjustable grate, Scandinavian hut and pizza oven were great. We were able to make some remarkable meals with all of them. There is a large buffer zone between this house and the neighbors. The host was proactive and gracious and her suggestion for the gourmet market in Windham was spot on. The house was remarkably clean and modern and the beds were comfortable. We'll have lasting memories of this week.

Awesome summer stay!

Great place and responsive host

We loved this house and unfortunately had some bad weather during our stay. We can't wait to book it again when the weather is a little nicer! And can't thank the host enough for being so responsive when we needed a hand!

Beautiful house

Had a wonderful girls weekend, the house exceeded expectations. We also got to enjoy the hot tub and wish we had more time to enjoy the she shed and barbecue hut. Would highly recommend!

Pristine AND cozy house

My husband and two children had a fantastic stay here. The house is perfect — clean, had everything we needed, beautifully decorated and cozy. The outdoor space was lovely though we did not use it much and the location was perfect for access to the slopes at Windham Resort. Host was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with.
