customer service very poor. unprofessional staff, need more training. Wifi wasn’t working throughout the stay, when questioned to shift manager, he has no clue.. pathetic customer service but overall maintenance and staff at the door is very professional.

This is a good airport hotel if you are having a day on the front or back end of your travel through Delhi.
