Not what I expected… for the price , they went above and beyond … made you feel like you were visiting a family member that clearly made me call her “grandma” from the vibe we arrived and leaving .. bitter sweet it was a short trip, if I was ever back in town it’s a must I visit her .. ❤️❤️❤️

Charged much higher fees than market price for booking a vehicle to airport for guests and the vehicle was too tight. The driver seems not very friendly and no one from the hotel came out to help loading our luggage. Other than these, we had a very good experience with this hotel.

It was pouring rain when we got on taxi to hotel from airport. Taxi driver had no idea what hotel it was n where the location was when I showed the English hotel name and address listed on Expedia.
