I had a great stay! The staff was super helpful and nice, the bed was really comfortable and the location was really convenient. Water pressure was good and it was quiet. They have free water downstairs for all guests.

A well-appointed, well-run luxury property. The staff were all attentive, from opening the door every time we entered, to the check-in person, to the breakfast buffet waiters. The breakfast buffet is truly wonderful: a wide selection of fresh items, made-to-order omelets, and a variety of beverages. The location of the hotel is convenient as well, close to bus stops and metro stations. I highly recommend!

I stayed for a week here, the staff was professional from start to finish, my room was well maintained and the amenities were worth using, the location was also convenient as it's across the street from the MRT. Special mention to Rachel, Moe and Jane. These three were very friendly and helpful to my stay here and made my stay at Taiwan even better.

"Wonderful service. Loved the spacious room and the garden balcony view was excellent. The buffet breakfast and dinner was also delicious. I loved doing yoga overlooking the gorge... amazing!
