A Great Hotel
A very nice hotel, I have stayed there on several trips. Afternoon-evening is the best of any hotel I have seen. Even went outside to show me how to unlock front door after hours.

Room was comfortable, but without air conditioning was not ideal on what was reported as the hottest ever June night relieved by massive thunderstorm in early hours so had to shut window.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry for your not very pleasant experience, but the weather is out of our control. You could ask for a room with an air conditioning if needed, we offer several rooms with these fittings. Maybe next time :)

Could do better
Lovely staff in a hotel that appears to have lacked investment. Bathroom was clean but room looked tired and like it hadn't been updated since the 1970s. The bed squeaked on the slightest of movement and wasn't massively comfy.

Unexpected Town Centre Gem
Somewhere between when I booked a room online and my arrival my room 'disappeared'. The hotel provided me with a suite and charged me the quoted price. The suite was excellent although wasted on a solo traveller, staying one night but it was a great gesture and excellent customer service and much appreciated. The city centre is about two minutes walk. Parking is available in the adjacent street for minimum/no cost depending on timing. Breakfast was a bit ordinary but acceptable.

We were on our trip to Opava in the Czech Republik. The Location was perfect for the necessary overnight stay.

Cash only! International credit card does not work here. On the second day the man on the reception made comments that were not acceptable.

Hello. Our terminal works, we download a lot of payments every day, without any problems. This concrete guest had a badly damaged credit card and unfortunately it could not be charged. I repeat, our terminal works perfectly.

Vše bylo v pořádku, při příjezdu velmi příjemná rečepční vysvětlila vše co potřebujete, snídaně méně bohaté ale za to paní na snídaních velmi všímavá a příjemná. Pokoj byl útulný, čistý, nemám žádné výtky. Ubytování v hotelu doporučuji!.

Leuk hotel, wel erg oud.
Prima hotel, zeker als je van een wat oudere setting houdt. Voorzien van alle noodzakelijke behoefte, maar ook niet meer dan dat. De prijs is echter aantrekkelijk en het hotel ligt midden in de stad. Tevens was de service uistekend! Waardoor ik de gehele beleving positief heb bevonden.

便利な街中ホテル
テルチで宿が取れなくてこのホテルにした。結果的には値段が割安で、次の目的地のZelena Horaに行くのにも便利であった（直通バスあり。バスターミナルまで約7分）。私は各地の昔繁栄した古きホテルに泊まるのを楽しみにしているが、このホテルもその一つ。建物は1905年建築で、外観は典型的なアールヌーボー様式。イフラヴァはかつて銀山の町として栄えた町で、グランド・ホテルは町の古き良き時代の名残をとどめている。部屋は現代の人から見ると古風。従って、最新の家具や、最新の快適さを求める人には合わないかも知れない。ホテル内にレストランはないが、朝食は充実している。なおすぐ近くにチェコでプラハの広場に次ぐ大きさの中心広場がある。

Výborné umístění v centru
Tří* standard včetně snídaně. Na TV jen 1 český program, hotel nebyl schopen naladit, ale nabídnul jiný pokoj. Na snídani prošlá smetana, jinak OK.Na 1-2 noci mohu doporučit.

Ogólnie bardzo fajnie, jedyna rzecza na która hotel raczej nie ma wpływu to hałasujące strasznie gołębie na dachu zaraz przy oknie. Trzeba było zamykac okno a w pokoju nie ma klimy.
