"not satisfied with the waterpark as the bathrooms air conditioner were on to cold and it didn't feel warm in the indoor waterpark. not happy"

"I’m gonna be honest, we didn’t even stay there. We went and looked at the rooms and they were absolutely horrible. If it wasn’t for the fact that we prepaid and couldn’t get our money back, I would’ve demanded our money back. The pictures that are shown on the website, totally doctored and not accurate. The gentleman that checked us in at the front desk was very nice though. That’s the best I can say."
