"We had a wonderful stay at Donguri house thanks to the kindness of Shanti who is extremely endearing. She helped us organize a tour of Tanah lot and Bukit and was always helpful.
The house is perfectly clean and had all needed for our 3 days in the south of Bali.
Thank you so much again Shanti !"

"They were very patient with my questions before the stay and took time to explain in details. The villa is cozy and the staff are very hospitable, helpf and attentive to our needs. The owner greeted us on our first morning and walked us to the van! Such a warm gesture :)"

"I had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Bali. The resort was incredibly serene and peaceful, providing the perfect environment to relax and unwind. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff, who were always warm, attentive, and responsive to any requests or questions.
The team also organised seamless airport transfers, making the entire experience stress-free from arrival to departure. Their outstanding service, combined with the tranquil atmosphere, made for a memorable stay. I would gladly return and highly recommend this resort to others."
"Amazing hotel and restaurant, we LOVED it. 5+*******
We are a 64 and 75 year old couple. Intreodi travelers, but this was a fantastic chill vibe. It is up on a cliff, with stunning sunsets and the private beach below is also stunning , with lots of great shells, but not really swimmable. The 3 pools are gorgeous, especially the Hidden Pool.
We had an incredible large room with a private plunge pool and sea views, it really adds up to the most romantic hotel on Bali. You just never want to leave. The place is quite and beautiful. I highly recommend! Everyone was having so much fun. The bar and restaurant serves great drinks and delicious Indonesian food, and Western food. Use a hotel driver to get around though, because the roads are narrow and the nearest walkable beach is Balangang, 18 minute walk."
"Best hotel we have stayed at in Bali. The staff are attentive and so lovely. All staff were kind and friendly and great with kids.
We wish we could stay longer.
Only comments would be there is no playground as mentioned, and the non-alcoholic mocktails are similar and sugary. Non-alcoholic versions of classic cocktails would be nice as an option. But otherwise cannot fault the restaurants and accomodation."
"Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful! Special thanks to Endra and Dwi at the Forest Bar, and Heza at the Unique Rooftop Bar (which has a stunning sunset view). The Chinese restaurant was phenomenal—some of the best food I’ve ever had. I loved chatting with Rai, who always welcomed me with a huge, warm smile. Another young gentleman working there (so sorry I missed his name!) provided true high-end service. By day two, the entire team recognized me and always went out of their way to say hello. Highly recommend!"
