"This place is 4 stars, but we stayed in the old part. The room was big with a balcony. But the couch was old and tired. The minibar was noisy. What brought up the 4 star experience was access to the sauna and Jaquzzi. And wonderful receptionist 👌"

"The hotel and its location is nice but I found it ridiculous that as a customer you have to pay en expensive fee for parking in their own parking. This should be free as it is everywhere in Europe. Also we were told that charging our electric car would cost us 200RON which was almost half the price we paid for one night! This is extortion and you shouldn't treat your customers this way. We preferred to charge it elsewhere. "
