A special thank you to Jennifer at the reception who was simply amazing! Efficient, professional, helpful and friendly! The pool was great and the beach access was very practical. "Great location, about 30 minutes walk to Gibraltar passport control. Beach nearby. Many restaurants about 15 minutes walk. Quiet, comfortable room. Bed comfortable. No issues with air-condition and hot water. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking not free. Breakfast available. Safe area. "

"Had a wonderful break here. Reading reviews about ants I bought spray on my first shop so it wasn't too bad a problem despite being ground floor. Lovely pool and lifeguard makes sure that people don't reserve and dont return so you can always get a chair whatever time of day. Spacious apartment with a modern look - had everything we needed. Lots of kids entertainment in evenings but it started too late for our kids! There are a lot of stairs in the complex so if you get a flat in the wrong area there might be a lot of walking steps - would advise messaging hotel in advance if need step free access! "

"This is third time we have stayed at Holiday Inn express in Spain, first time at this one. Breakfast was wonderful--I cant emphasize the benefit that this is. The rooms were clean. The sofa bed is sufficiently comfortable but a full bed would be better. Having said that, my large fat self slept very well on the Sofa bed. Parking was fine as street parking in that area is ample and easy to find right outside the hotel. "
