Do not imagine yourself staying in a five stars hotel. This is a very old property. The furniture and amenities are old and beat up. The staff is friendly and competent. The cleaning crew is very friendly and did a good job. The issues arise from the property showing its age that’s all. If you want a true luxury experience I suggest looking for another place:)

Horrible breakfast stuff service. Very poor food quality. Disorganized management from front desk to buffet. Room is clean. Convenient location. But depends on the service definitely never come back again.

The hotel was comfortable and luxurious. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious. The next morning, I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which was even more abundant and tasty. The only regret was that the balcony door couldn’t be opened, but I understand it’s for airport safety reasons.

"Excellent staff, from doorman to front desk manager who were all very helpful and polite. Manager guided us to the eating places and how to go to tourist spots. Escorted us to the hotel front door to see us off. Room with AI voice activated command was fabulous. Room was small but neat and has everything ..."
