Great hotel, still a very new property. Easy check in and very modern room. Only downside for a westerner is the beds were very hard. Otherwise, a great stay.

불편했던 1박

침대가 상당히 딱딱했습니다. 천정에 설치되어있는 에어컨에 초록색 불이 항상 켜져있는데 상당히 밝아서 수면에 방해가 됩니다. 화장실 욕조에 샤워커튼이 없어서 샤워할때 물이 밖으로 튑니다. 수건에서 퀴퀴한 냄새가 났습니다. 세면대 근처에 전기 콘센트가 없어서 드라이어를 침실에서 사용해야 합니다.

출장이면 괜찮, 그러나 특별한 날 가는거면 비츄

객실 내부가 어두운 편, 침대는 하드한 편이나 잠자기에불편하진 않음, 화장대에선 약간 냄새가 났다. 방에 안마의자와 드레서가 있었다. 조식 티켓 2장 구매했는데 당일 한정이란 말을 못들었었으나 시간이 지났다고 환불, 도시락 싸주는 것등 안된다 해서 실망이 좀 됐다. 이 날짜에 진주에서 가장 비싼 호텔이여서 예약했는데…실망이 좀 되었다. 기념일이라 갔는데..기념일이라 가는건 비추, 출장이리면 오케이

재방문 의사 없음

우선, 화장실에 전기코드가 없음, 그런곳은 처음봄, 간단한 조식이 무료라고하여 아침에 이용하였는데 제대로된 커피도 없었고 양도 모자라 나중에온 사람들은 먹지도 못하고 갔습니다. 차라리 조식을 안하느니만 못하는 수준입니다. 저희뿐만 아니라 다른 이용객들도 조식을 보고 당황스러워하였음... 이게뭔가 싶었고 투숙객들 농락하는것같았음... 비추천합니다. 룸에 머리카락도 많았고 제대로 청소가 안된것같습니다. 그렇다고 프로트 데스크 서비스도 좋은것도 아니고 다음에는 전국 브라운 도트 호텔 모두 이용하지 않기로 마음먹었습니다.
