Overall a good stay and the staff was nice. Our room smelled(old cigarette smoke or paint) a lot which was the only drawback with our stay.

The area was generally very dirty. The entrance to the hotel was being used as a shop for Chinese girls to get dressed up and having makeup. Hence it was as you were entering a small fitting room. The staff could hardly understand a word of english, while we had to ask for very standard supplys such as toilet roles to be provided to the room.

Charme mais confort minimal dans une ancienne résidence, pas d'oreiller avec taie, seulement des coussins décoratifs ! Réglage de la douche ingérable... Bien placé, calme.

TrĂšs beau sĂ©jour en famille dans un hĂŽtel typique Ă  Pingyao. TrĂšs bel endroit dans la partie historique de Pingyao donc proche des zones Ă  visiter. Literie un peu dure pour nos habitudes europĂ©ennes mais ce n'Ă©tait pas gĂȘnant du fait de la beautĂ© du cadre.

Great city

The bed was really hard, so two nights was more than enough. Too bad because the hotel itself is quiet and really beautiful, with its traditional Chinese style.
