  • A maison de Lucena é uma excelente casa com Internet Wi-Fi para toda a casa. A casa tem 4 quarto sendo dois suítes, 2 banheiros sociais esses distribuídos um em cada piso da casa, totalizando 4 banheiros, cozinha toda equipada, salas amplas, área da piscina com churrasqueira, backyard com mesa e espaço para buffet ( excelente para servir refeições para um número grande de pessoas). A casa possui 3 camas de casal e 5 cama de solteiros e espaço para redes e colchões. Tudo isso localizado a poucos passos da praia.

Casa precisa de muita reforma

Ao chegar tivemos de fazer uma limpeza, a casa teve repetidos problemas com falta de água devido a bomba de água não estar funcionando gerando inclusive curtos de energia que desligava os disjuntores e ficávamos sem energia, a casa e bonita mas precisa de muita manutenção o dono entendeu a situação e nós deu um desconto na energia mas se comprometeu a fazer melhores recomendo ir antes para verificar como esto
