You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Beautiful fit of 150m2 and leisure with pool (03 bedrooms, up to 10 people)

Wonderful apartment of 150 m2, well ventilated, nice and quiet. 03 rooms with air conditioning, a suite with closet, a social bathroom, dining / living room, kitchen, laundry area and maid's toilet. Two large balconies - one in the master suite and the other in the dining / living room - overlook the condominium recreation area and the large green area of the Aeroclube (no neighboring buildings). Property in great condition, all furnished and with closets.
The apartment has 02 double beds, 02 single beds and 02 sofa beds in the living room (10 beds). We have no spare mattresses.
Building with a splendid leisure area, with 02 pools (adult and children), barbecue / kitchen / lounge, party room, sports court, 02 parking spaces and 24-hour concierge.
