    - We accept your pet. Limited to one small pet. Only cats and dogs, and subject to a single fee. Please inquire for details.

    - We offer early check-in and late check-out services. Charged per hour. Please check availability the day before your arrival/departure.

    - We have cribs available for rent. Charged per night. Please check availability in advance.

    A luxury flat in a building made up entirely of studios. Designed by renowned architect Leonardo Maia, with common areas fully equipped and decorated. A breathtaking rooftop offers panoramic sea views, a swimming pool, hot tub, and gourmet spaces. Complete gym, Omo laundry facility, playground, pet area, kids' space, and wine lounge. Located in the best area of Tambaú, just 100 meters from the beach.

    IMPORTANT:

    - Due to the limited supply of linens (towels, sheets, etc.), we do not accept extra guests and do not provide additional mattresses.

    - The flat does not have safety nets on the balcony or windows.

    Tambaú is the heart of the João Pessoa coastline. Located between the beaches of Cabo Branco and Manaíra, it is where the city's main events take place, such as road races, beach volleyball championships, beach tennis, and concerts. Everything happens in Tambaú, and Acqua has a strategic location: it is just steps from the beach and in the center of the neighborhood. It is only a few meters from the departures for the natural pools, craft market, and shopping centers.

    Safe neighborhood and accessible by bus or car. The best option for arriving at any time is by UBER or TAXI if you are coming from the Airport.
