Localização e tamanho do quarto ótimos. Mas, toalha manchada, velhas, sem pano de chão na cozinha. Cobra taxa de limpeza então somem isso a estadia.

Fui enganada, no anúncio era vista para o mar, chega lá não tem nada de vista, virado para um prédio em obras! Não tinha uma toalha nem nada para limpeza no apartamento, nao tinha bucha, pano de prato, pano no banheiro, sabonete só um para 6 dias, shampoo só 2, papel higiênico só um. As louças todas sujas e nada para lavar, e no fim ainda me exigiram louças lavadas! Não era uma diária de 1 noite, eram 6! Eu pedi toalha achei que ia receber um kit com tudo que o apartamento precisava, levaram duas toalhas velhas, toalha de rosto nunca pensaram em ter! Chuveiro não esquenta, disseram que foram fazer manutenção não adiantou madames que , a atendente ainda me tirou de burra perguntando se eu sabia abrir o chuveiro! Uma decepção essa hospedagem. Desde o primeiro momento quando queriam que eu mandasse documentos pelo WhatsApp, depois me colocaram em um quarto que não era o que eu aluguei, EU ALUGUEI COM VISTA E VOCÊS ME ENGANARAM! um ar condicionado quebrado para abrilhantar alagando o quarto todo eu tendo q tirar baldes de água do ar condicionado! Atendimento péssimo! A pior estadia que eu tive no Brasil! Nem hotel de estrada tem um atendimento péssimo igual ao dessa Miramar! Nunca mais!

Boa localização, anfitrião atencioso. Apartamento com geladeira, fogão e alguns utensílios. Estava em grupo de 4 adultos e uma bebê, o espaço foi suficiente.

Nao dão suporte ao cliente

Reservei uma hospedagem com microondas e Wi-Fi e não foi isso que eu recebi microonda não estava a funcionando fiquei a hospedagem toda sem microondas Wi-Fi parou a comunicai e péssima ninguém sabia informa nada cheguei as 11 da amanhã hospedagem não deixa entrar de forma alguma antes fiquei esperando no sol do lado de fora nem ao menos guardar as malas na recepção pode água do chuveiro geladissima meu filho gritava e chorava p tomar banho móveis sujos cheio de sujeira dentro dos armários um nojo pia entupida não me informaram ao menos o número do apartamento cheguei o fazer checkin não tinha nem o número do apartamento comunicado falha zero zelo ao cliente falta de empatia com próximo já tá pago mesmo né simplemente fujam

Pessima experiência tanta é que sai 1 diaria antes de tão ruim, luzes queimadas, nao deram a senha da internet toda estadia sem internet mandaram eu colocar uma por uma a senha ate acertar mais de 20 logins e nenhum pegou, controle remoto da tv sem pegar reclamei ai pegaram as pilhas do ar e colocaram no da tv ai o do ar fiou sem pilha, colocaram um colchao inflavel para as criancas, porta do quarto travando sem fechar, quarto escuro, vista da janela para o quintal dos outros, gente colocaram um ar no meio dos dois comodos nonmeio da porta do quarto com a sala isso mesmo que vcs estao lendo parece meme de internet mais essa foi a situação , precisa falar mais alguma coisa? Pior lugar que me hospedei nos ultimos tempos de longe, serio não vá pra esse lugar, qualquer outro lugar que vc escolher sera melhor sem nem saber que lugar é esse pode ter certeza.

Me decepcionei

A limpeza do apartamento deixou a desejar, não tinha travesseiros para todos os hospedes, pia da cozinha estava vazando em baixo, geladeira estava com vazamento de água. O predio é bom e a localização tambem mas não recomendo o apartamento pois está precisando alguns detalhes que faz com que a estadia não seja tão satisfatória. Deixou a desejar
