Primeira e última vez nesse local

Não conhecia a categoria budget da empresa Nord, e de fato me parece uma pousada de beira de estrada, um cheiro de mofo no banheiro, cama de casal desconfortável, com divisória no meio, e ainda ter que pagar R$20 de estacionamento rotativo por diária. A cidade realmente está em alta, e a localização cabo branco, de fato é privilegiada e você consegue ver o mar da entrada do hotel. mas definitivamente faltou conforto.

Uma estadia boa para poucos dias, cama ok, ar condicionado e chuveiro muito bons. Café da manhã tem muitos pontos a melhorar, os pães eram amanhecidos pois estavam duros, os bolos também todos duro, os frios estavam congelados em um dos dias.

Pousada com excelente localização, café da manhã maravilhoso, quarto e banqueiro bem grandes, acondicionado gelando perfeitamente. Área de lazer piscina boa (falta guarda sol ) *Banheiro do quarto 110 a descarrega não funciona e o colchão da cama ficar fundo quando deitamos. Então isso me deixou muito triste*. Possa ser que nos outros quartos tudo isso estivesse funcionando então teria sido perfeito.

Recomendo, otimo custo benéficio, o apartamento é pequeno, porém muito bem destribuido o espaço e aconchegante, a cama é bem confortável, o ar condicionado funciona bem e a ducha quente e fria também funciona muito bem, café da manhã bacana bem variado e saboroso, recomendo e com certeva voltarei mais vezes

Experiência muito ruim. Meu esposo comprou a hospedagem pelo site Hoteis.com, pesquisamos muito antes, mas as fotos do site não coincidem com a realidade. A unica coisa boa desta hotel é a localização, o resto muito precário. Instalação velha, ar condicionado não funcionava direito, box acumulava agua até vazar para fora. Sem contar que no dia que chegamos colocaram a gente em um quarta para deficiente, a pia do banheiro era muito baixa e não tinha box. Pedi para trocar de quarto no dia seguinte com muita resistencia da recepção. A pessoa chegou a duvidar da minha reclamação. Café da manhã outro problema, muitos hospedes para poucas mesas e tudo revirado no buffet, as reposições eram demoradas. Eles cobram até o estacionamento do hotel. Achei absurdo! Ficamos no periodo do carnaval de sexta a terça. Nunca mais uso essa rede Nord.

É um hotel simples porém muito limpo e organizado. Excelente localização, de frente à Praia do Cabo Branco. Quartos confortáveis, café da manhã pequeno, mas com boa variedade de pratos, inclusive típicos nordestinos. Funcionários todos muito educados e prestativos. Boa garagem. E piscina bem pequenina. No geral vale muito a pena. Recomendado !

Café da manhã tem que melhorar muito.

Em virtude do restaurante ser pequeno, o café da manhã ê por agendamento de horario de acordo com a disponibilidade de vagas, o que para mim e esposa foi desagradável. Alem disto, a reposição dos itens nos horários que fui, não ocorria. Neste aspecto café da manhã o Hotel tem que evoluir muito.

Vou duas vezes por semana em João Pessoa, gosto muito de ficar nesse hotel. Mas, ultimamente o serviço de check-in está péssimo, só uma atendente em aprendizado, demorou demais, ja sou cadastrado no hotel, e ainda me mandou para um apartamento sem higienização. O hotel está envelhecendo, o box mais parece com uma cápsula do tempo de tão pequeno.

Péssima! Primeiro é uma enganação o site. Pois assim que entramos tem café da manhã disponível. quando vamos fechar a reserva q fala q o café não está incluso. Solicitei Nota Fiscal pelo hote e ele recusou pois falou que quem emite a nota Fiscal é o Hoteis.com. Porem, só recebi um recibo fiscal e agora não tenho como solicitar a minha empresa o reembolso dessa estadia.

Gostei bastante, recomendo ! Bem localizado, e ótimo serviço de um modo geral, café da manhã simples, mas tudo gostoso, funcionários prestativos.. principalmente a camareira ótima pessoa! Passei 3 dias maravilhosos já estou com sdd, apesar de já ter ido 6x a João pessoa, mas a cada nova ida é uma nova história!
