The building is equipped with a backup generator; however, it operates for only one load-shedding session daily, typically during peak demand. Additionally, we offer portable backup power supply units for rent at R25 per day or R500 monthly to our apartment guests, with a R1000 refundable deposit. If you wish to rent a unit, please inform us beforehand so we can ensure its availability.

This modern 1-bedroom apartment is situated in a secure building in the heart of Sandton, featuring an open-plan kitchen and living area, with a separate bedroom and a bathroom equipped only with a shower. The kitchen comes fully furnished with a coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, and a 4-plate stove. While there is NO washing machine in the unit, the building offers laundry facilities where you can drop off and pick up your laundry on the same day for R80 per load. The unit includes a Fibre connection, and the TV is set up with Netflix, Prime, and YouTube, but does not offer DStv or SABC channels.

Ideal for those who work from home, the apartment boasts a co-working space with three private booths for Zoom meetings, one meeting room, numerous work desks, and a lounge area. The co-working space provides free Wi-Fi and backup power to counter the occasional load shedding that affects our beautiful country.

Please note, the apartment is not serviced daily but is cleaned once a week, including a towel and linen change for stays exceeding 10 days.

The apartment measures 34sqm, accommodating a maximum of two adults and one infant. Pets are not permitted, with the exception of service dogs, which require prior arrangement as I must notify the building management.

Located on the first floor, the apartment is accessible via lift/elevator or stairs. Entry into the building and common areas is secured through a biometric system; upon check-in, the concierge will register your fingerprint, and you will need to provide a photo ID for security purposes.

Please be aware that this building is access-controlled. Your biometric data will be recorded in the system, granting you access to the basement facilities including the laundry, co-working space, and gym, as well as the section and floor where your apartment is located, the rooftop, and the main gate.
