Wonderful stay!

These pictures and descriptions don’t do this place justice. This is such a beautiful B&B and we had such a wonderful experience. I’d recommend this to anyone I know! Erika brought our bikes and toys for the kids, we could do laundry, had full kitchen, two bedrooms, and so much space to kick a ball around in the parking area. We felt so safe and secure, and clean! We stayed in the flat.

Room 4 exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed were available. Kitchen had all amenities including microwave, freezer, big table, etc. The two bedroom's were huge with enough space to move around. Each room had its own TV and enough spaces for clothing and the kids room had a DVD player. The WiFi network was excellent. The breakfast were great and freshly made too each ones liking with toast, eggs, bacon, yogurts, cereal, etc. The hosts were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We will definitely stay their again.

Poor internet - Poor reception.

Arrived in the afternoon to a gate with no functional buzzer- with only a number to call, I had to make and International with my mobile to enter the property. The honking did not work. I was informed that the last rain had damaged the buzzer. Was welcome by owner’s son- the owner was not there and was showed to my room. I returned a nine with no contact with the owner. The room was extremely cold, the internet was as poor as I have experienced in a long time. It kept coming on and off - was not able to work without roaming for my one night stay. In the morning, I went to the main house get breakfast...had to walk in the house to request for help to no avail....no one at the small reception. Finally went to the kitchen to dig staff....who ran to inform “madam”! Took some time, she was in a room upstairs. Madam said I had not booked breakfast and was surprised that it a B&B someone my actually request some!!! When I shared my experience of internet, she says that it was impossible as it work well on the main house where they probably have 3 routers! Overall a big big miss if you are on business. There is too much B&B and guest -houses in Pretoria to bother for a place with poor internet and intermittent service by owner.
