Stayed over for 2 nights after spending 1 night a week prior. Second impression was not as good as the first. Tried to contact CAG The Hub to request an early check-in however all attempts to find their contact details online were fruitless because the information is incorrect. Upon arrival, to the same room that was in a week prior, the front door had insulation tape on it because the door was damaged. Furthermore, the floors (in the bedroom) were not swept clean. Also, as per my prior experience, the kitchen window did not close properly. So, considering its Joburg, I felt a bit unsafe. Other than that, the place is very nice and modern. So I guess it was just a housekeeping issue - that can easily be rectified.
