Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Check in was not smooth communication was bad apartment was cold heated by propane gas felt dangerous no propane in tank after filling it upon using left horrible order had to open balcony doors to get odor out and use very small electric heater which had a electric shortage also dangerous. If this wasn't bad enough bad communication with checkout so had to rush out. Left somethings behind which got returned except two watches one valued at 5000.00 which cleaning lady stated she didn't see but everything was together. I will go oit of my way to express this situation on every social platform I can. People should be bonded and staff checked. Also safety should be one of the upmost concerns of your clients and the heating arrangements of this property was not only not adequate but un safe. It seems like you set your surveys to be evasive to work in your favor. In all my travels I've never had a bad experience. Not happy you delivered my first. I hope this helps others from having a experience like this.
