All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.

The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you, to meet at the property, which is situated at The Ellipse Waterfall Apartments. The entrance to the building is located in Magwa Crescent, and you will be staying at Unit 31015, which is located on the 10th Floor.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share knowledge with you about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.

As Ellipse does not operates a “hotel”, (Private Concierge)) our host may not always be at the concierge or reception area upon your arrival. To ensure a smooth check-in experience and avoid any unnecessary waiting, we kindly ask that you inform us of your estimated time of arrival (ETA) in advance.
If possible, send a message when you're nearby, the property, as it may take the Host a few extra minutes to reach the reception area.
