I fully understand that it is non refundable however human errors are made.
I then rebooked with the correct date on the same server and the app said they would forward the request to the hotel as the hotel needed to do the refund.
I clicked the appropriate button.
I then had a great stay a week ago expecting this weeks incorrxt booking to ve refunded.
It was not.
I fully understand their needs to be rules but when a person makes a human error and then pays double via the same app to rectify said mistake, surely any reasonable middleman should have a method to cancel the incorrect booking."
