Staff were friendly. They met my need for an extension cord but requested a deposit until returned. The beds were very comfortable but there were no electrical outlets near the head of the bed or side walls necessitating the extension cord. The toilet and shower areas were very small requiring leaving the doors open for my legs to fit when sitting. Breakfast was great!

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Convenient shuttle and close to the airport. Clean. Near food court. Check in slow. Staff seemed inexperienced. Booked a twin room and had to go back to reception 3 times to finally get a twin room. Pool and seats/loungers not cleaned nor cushions in cooler season.

Great hotel for shorter stays or conferences

We were attending a function and needed to stay over - this hotel was perfect for this. The room we got was huge and modern with everything one needs. It is also perfectly located for a city breakaway if you want to go to the casino or just enjoy the complex.

Reception staff were friendly and very efficient. The rooms/hotel are no longer in their prime and could use some updating, but they are clean and had everything we needed for our layover. Complimentary airport shuttle was on time. The breakfast buffet was also complimentary which wasn't clear when we booked. Overall, we'd stay there again, mostly due to the close proximity to a wide range of restaurants and the airport.
