Reception staff were friendly and very efficient. The rooms/hotel are no longer in their prime and could use some updating, but they are clean and had everything we needed for our layover. Complimentary airport shuttle was on time. The breakfast buffet was also complimentary which wasn't clear when we booked. Overall, we'd stay there again, mostly due to the close proximity to a wide range of restaurants and the airport.

Great hotel for shorter stays or conferences

We were attending a function and needed to stay over - this hotel was perfect for this. The room we got was huge and modern with everything one needs. It is also perfectly located for a city breakaway if you want to go to the casino or just enjoy the complex.

Perfect stay close to the airport. They even have a free shuttle from the airport. We always stay here when stopping thru JNB. Staff is super friendly. Plenty of dining options as well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed in room 047. I did not like the "shower". You have to hold the handpiece in your hand the whole time and the tiles on the floor of the shower is extremely slippery.
