It is very convenient as it is literally across the road from the Sandton Gautrain station. The stay was comfortable. But the mini fridge smelled stale, probably from a lack of use. The power outlets could not be used due to the recessed design at the wall. But overall, the hotel suited our purpose during the short layover in JNB.

Location is prime reason to stay here , train to airport and mall across the street. Pool area is a good place to relax, breakfast has good choice inc African fare. Rooms clean and quiet, poss a little small. The exec lounge a little small and not worth extra charge. Only real niggle was to be told no rooms when checking in at noon..l didn’t even ask what room we had! Made us wait and hour for a room that clearly was ready.

I stayed in one of the Superior Rooms. Presented well, clean, maintained well. Housekeeping staff and Reception staff as well as Room Service were quick to act on requests. Had also booked a separate room for family visiting South Africa on a different floor. Happy with service and will definitely be back. Tulu and Thuli (Chef) in the restaurant, Moeketse in the bar area, you guys were wonderful. One Maintenance gentlemen, I have to mention - changed the safe batteries for me, he was very kind and so respectful throughout our stay. Overall - Impressed. ❤️

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel for one week and had an excellent experience. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet as well as the relaxing atmosphere around the pool. The hotel’s central location made it convenient for both business and leisure. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay, and I would gladly return.

Great hotel

This is a first class hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful at every turn. The rooms are cleaned to an extremely high standard. Very good breakfast. I stayed here for 8 nights and the whole stay was a pleasure.

Wonderful staff

Radisson Blu Arboretum is truely exceptional all due to the employees. The hotel is built concave with a beautiful green pool to match. Its a very quite hotel with super security due to it being near the Presidents house. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Same resturant you were able to get a meal anytime thru the day. Coffee shop was great also & a good working spot. NO was not in their vocabulary. A special thank you to Patrick & Evans our drivers, John that worked the lobby, and Angela our barrista. Every mornings breakfast was extra special due to Florence egg chef & Satino. This hotel is truely a gem & one of the top hotels Ive ever stayed . Rooms & linens were very nice.All employees continuously have smiles. They truely want to make you happy & serve you. We were sad to leave. Thank you all
