"Excellent service"

"The location is fantastic. That's about where it stops. App to check-in is fine if known in advance, parking still charged us even when we followed instructions given. No sheets on the bed, no blow dryer although we were told there was one and when addressed took hours to get sheets and never received blow dryer. NO COFFEE in the community area the first night. Second day somebody left some keurig pods but only 1 disposable coffee cup was available and it LEAKED! Long hairs all in the bathroom floor that were black (we're both blond so clearly not ours), AC would not cool down and reset to 76 degrees every time we tried to change. Front door broke and wouldn't close letting anyone enter. No staff overnight or early morning to address issues. This place has potential but I would save your money and book elsewhere. "

"Pool was great. Only details were the mattress seemed to be on its last legs with little support. Also the service at the restaurant was a bit slow. Elevators were awesome, "

"Home was perfect for what we needed. Lots of stairs but that didnt bother us. There is a lot of road noise that you can hear at night being so close to downtown, so if your a light sleeper bring ear plugs. We had issues with the garage not working so that was a bummer and inconvenience but otherwise a great stay. "
