"Neat and clean. Was a little smaller than we thought but it worked. Host was very attentive before during and after. did not use hot tub due to the weather. Did not cook, no one wanted to, but used kitchen for morning coffee, snacks and heating up restaurant leftovers which worked just fine.Nice place. Had no problems in the neighborhood, which was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Would recommend to others."

"Incredible place to stay! We didn’t arrive until late at night, and Denny turned on lights for us! So kind! He also had coffee and creamer available for us, which was amazing the following morning! We were less than 20mins with traffic from both Ruby Falls and Rock City. We dined at Tony’s Pasta Shop & Trattoria which was amazing in the Bluff View Art District. We also dined at State of Confusion which was a short drive away! My boys said they had the best burgers they’ve ever had! If we ever return to Chattanooga, I would want to book this home again! Thank you for a wonderful stay Denny!"
