- Not all staff were friendly.
- Despite asking the housekeeping staff member in the hallway...my room was not cleaned.
- Room was small and old.
- Only 1-2 elevators were working.
- NGs also stayed here. I suppose that could be viewed as a good/'safe' thing. However, if you are coming from a low-crime country, it can be a bit unsettling.
- 15-minute walk to the nearest Metro.
- No comp brewed coffee offered in the lobby,
- Room safe was locked. Not sure if that was the last person or because we are expected to pay for it. I've never had to pay for a room safe in NA.
On a positive note, the airport shuttle was appreciated, the drivers were punctual amd friendly.
I might stay here again if I couldn't find better in a similar price category.

The room was awesome! The only negative thing i could say is the lobby is not properly identified, so you don't know where to check in, and the elevator controls are messed up at best. We couldn't figure out how to use them. Never been in an elevator without floor buttons before! But the hotel itself is beautiful, with beautiful rooms, and valet parking inside. We had a wonderful stay, and will definitely be staying there again in the future.
