"I originally made a reservation with a different date. After an appeal through Hotels.com, that was changed. So, first warning - once booked, you're stuck. They're not open to change. The room in the picture is seriously elongated. The actual room is tiny. But, the flooring looked nice. Nothing else had been freshened up. Dead bugs on the windowsill. Now, back to the reservation. The manager, ELI, didn't transfer it into the system. The lady at the desk was nice, but they wasted 20 minutes...
